Shipping and Returns
Your product will be shipped once payment has been received.
UniRugs.com ships via FedEx or UPS to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping costs are not refundable on returns. We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.
USA: Most Rugs are shipped in approx. 7-10 business days
Custom Rugs = Approx. 4-6 wks
Custom Mats (“K” Rubber Back) = Approx. 4-6 wks
Custom Mats (“O” Rubber Back) = Approx. 6-8 wks
*Shipping times for custom rugs and mats are in effect after approval of proof is made and payment is received.
*If your rug happens to be backordered, we will email you by the next business day.
Please note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier.
In the unlikely event you notice your rug is damaged before accepting a delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
If you see damage after you open the package, please call us and it will be replaced free of charge.
Please only refuse an item if it is damaged. If you refuse a shipment for any other reason, you may be charged for the initial freight and/or our manufacturer’s restocking fee.

UniRugs.com stands behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within15 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Step 1: Email returns@UniRugs.com or call 1-866-634-RUGS(7847) for a return authorization #. Please place the RA# on the outside of the package. Any package without prior return authorization will be refused & returned to sender. We must receive the rug no later than 15 calendar days after you received it. No returns after 15 days.
Step 2: Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or equivalent. DO NOT apply tape to any surface of the rug. DO NOT fold the rug.
Step 3: Ship the rug back to us at the address provided to you at the bottom of this page. We recommend that rugs be sent back to us via UPS or FedEx Ground because of their tracking & insurance capabilities. Make sure you call 1-866-634-RUGS(7847) or email us at returns@UniRugs.com with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. - We do not accept returns on damaged or soiled goods. If your rug initially arrives damaged, we will gladly arrange for its pickup and replacement at no charge.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom made rugs or mats,Clearance items, Holiday Rugs, Custom-sized runners, Oversized rounds/squares/octagons (9′ or larger), Oversized rugs (9’2″ x 12’5″ and larger), and specially requested rugs not seen on our website.
